I hired Sexton Lawn Care to lay down a pallet of fescue sod in the backyard of my house, which was for sale and unoccupied. Chris, the owner, responded extremely quickly, and his team was able to buy and lay the sod the verynext business day! He even bought and set up a sprinkler timer and sprinkler, so that the sod could get regular waterings during the first two weeks. This was to get the sod established. He did things such as mow my lawn, clear certain areas that had become overgrown with weeds, and he cleaned up any fallen leaves. After explaining the project, Chris Sexton said he would come the next day to look at my yard and talk options. He arrived the next day and was very agreeable with my ideas.
